May 16, 2019 – It’s Been a Good Time Together…

It’s been a good time together
Lookin’ for the warmth of the sun
Gonna be a long time together
And the best is yet to come…

Cecilio & Kapono

Hey everybody!

These guys do more before 9am than most people do all day!!!

Spring is in the air and so is the pollen. We have all been suffering from a pretty severe case of Hay-fever. Itchy eyes, runny nose & gunk in the lungs ~ NO BUENO!

Kaleo, Makani & Keoni

I love springtime because we can get outside and do stuff. This month marked the return of Morning Walk. #morningwalk On weekdays I wake the boys up at 5am and we go on a 2 1/2 mile walk around the neighborhood. This gets their blood flowing and zaps a little bit of their unlimited energy. we have been able to add in a 30 minute play session at the park. Wednesdays are now known as Starbucks Wednesday #starbuckswednesday

The boys went to their 3 year well visit and are all progressing nicely.

The boys love their pediatrician!

Happy Mother’s day to all of the women in your life. We celebrated by going to The Lights Festival, it was a really fun event and the boys had a great time!

What happens when you combine thousands of families, friends and foodies, with live music, dancing, and an eruption of Sky Lanterns? – Welcome to The Lights Fest, an experience where thousands of friends and families gather to listen to live music, fill up on great food, and light up life by sharing their personal wishes, dreams and goals. #thelightsfest #whatlightsyou

It’s fun to watch the boys bonding together. Don’t get me wrong – Sibling Rivalry is alive and well. It’s just fun to imagine the lifelong friendship that these guys will share.

On May 7th, 2018 I celebrated 8 years of sobriety, 1 day at a time…

8 years…

I am grateful to be able to live a life that I had always dreamed of living. Thank you to the people that showed me the way. The one’s that lived by example, that proved that there was a better way to live. If you a suffering – reach out and ask for help. Nobody knows that you are in pain unless you talk about it!
